1. What is OpenPassion?     

It is a bespoke leisure activities provider.

Our instructors, guides and mentors will help you to enjoy the activities you like most. We include new offers regularly. We always take your opinions and suggestions into consideration and tailor our serice to your requirements.

Our service covers a wide range of sports (windsurfing, sailing, golf, extreme sports etc.), an almost infinite number of cultural activities (theatre, guitar courses, museums…), eclectic artistic activities (painting, flamenco, salsa…) as well as other hobbies (gardening, bee-keeping, botany, ornithology…).

Whatever you wish to do, OpenPassion will provide you with an instructor, guide or mentor at your disposal. This means that you will be able to experience the activity at its best, adapted to your taste and experience. What is more, we guarantee that you will also have a chance to practice other activities (either free or included in the total price).

Do you need a windsurfing instructor in the south of Spain?

Are you on holidays and would like to try a wine tasting course?

Would you like to dance flamenco, even though you have never done it?

Would you like to learn to navigate, practicing where the Copa America 2007 will take place?

Do you need a guide to show you the most ancient monuments in Spain?

Are you keen on visiting a nature reserve to discover local fauna and flora?

What about a yoga or meditation course in natural surroundings?

These are just ideas, some of them daring, others more conventional, but what all of them have in common is that they have actually been tried by our clients.

2. Procedure     

Choose one of our programs:

- Bespoke option

Standard option

1. Select an activity from the menu or one of our special offers.
2. Enter how many hours you would like to sign up for.
3. Click 'add' to add hours to your shopping basket.
4. When you have finished, click 'view basket' to confirm your choice.
5. Fill in the form with your personal details and send it to us.
6. You will immediately receive an e-mail with a summary of your reservation.
7. Now you should pay the 30 euro enrollment fee (click on "payment"). When we receive the money, we will confirm your booking by email.
8. The confirmation email will also contain all the necessary details (your teacher's name, the exact dates etc.). We need to receive payment at least one week before your program starts.

1. If the activity you want to be involved in is not on our standard list, click 'Bespoke activities'.
2. Fill in the form, specifying which activity you want to take part in.
3. Within 10 days we will send you an offer with the price for one hour and all the relevant information.
4. If our offer meets your expectations, send us your confirmation. Then you should follow the 'Standard Option' procedure.

3. Payment     

The payment must be made in advance. When you have started the program, you can buy more hours, provided you let us know earlier. You should take into consideration the fact that we might be unable to provide you with extra hours due to time restrictions.

For any activity, an enrollment fee of 30 euros is required.

4. Accommodations     

In answer to our clients' suggestions, OpenPassion now offers an accommodation booking serviced. If you wish to take advantage of this service, you should mark the 'accommodation' option when filling in the reservation form. We will provide accommodation throughout your stay in close proximity to the area where you want to practice your activity. We offer all kinds of accommodation: hotels, boarding houses, flats, houses, chalets etc. The cost of this service is 100 euros.
Note that the payment is only for finding accommodation for you. The final payment will be made at the end of your stay directly to the accommodation provider.

5. Insurance     

It is highly recommended to purchase individual insurance, according to the type of activity chosen. OpenPassion offers many kinds of insurance:

• travel insurance, which covers all contingencies while traveling
• comprehensive insurance, according to the type of activity chosen
• health insurance for non-EU citizens

7. Other activities included in the price     

We believe that passion is more then spending hours with a teacher. Because of that, for every five hours you buy, we will offer you an extra activity which would supplement your main activity. This activity will enable you to learn more about your passion, look at it from another point of view and discover its new characteristics.
