Please read the following terms of agreement before you decide to enroll on our programs. Clicking at the end of the ordering form means that you know and accept the terms below, which specify the relationship between the client and OpenPassion.
- OpenPassion is an educational and leisure activities provider which searches for theoretical and practical instruction within the field of interest specified by the client with the help of carefully selected teachers, instructors and guides. The place and time of activities is agreed upon by both the client and the teacher/instructor/guide. The instruction may consist in tutored individual classes or participating in sport/cultural/social activities, or a combination of the two. OpenPassion does not hires the teachers/instructors/guides directly and their remunerations are made via the clients’ bank account and at their own risk; it is the client who purchases their services.
- The process of looking for teachers/guides/instructors is started when the client receives from OpenPassion the confirmation of the availability of the sport/cultural/social activity requested. Once the client has received the confirmation, he is supposed to make the final payment for all the hours he contracted immediately. Apart from the payment for the hours contracted, an additional payment of 30 euros of management expenditures and enrollment fee must be made. This payment will be returned only in case of the client’s being unable to participate in the activities for reasons beyond our control. 3- The client purchases 60-minute lessons, which can be theoretical, practical, or both, depending on the client’s preferences. The instruction is personalized and usually individual unless the very nature of the activity involves groupwork. If, for any reasons, the client is not satisfied with his/her teacher/guide/instructor, OpenPassion will make every effort to change them. 4- OpenPassion can provide the client with information about the availability of activities and other relevant information upon request and without obligation. The client’s decision to participate in an activity, either by responding positively to the information solicited or via the website, is binding for both parties. 5- The participant is responsible for buying travel, accident and health insurance. 6- Cancellations: if the client withdraws from the program two or more weeks before it starts, the amount of 150 euros will be deducted from the deposit. If the client withdraws from the program less than two weeks before it starts, or when it has already started, OpenPassion is not obliged to return any money. 7- OpenPassion reserves the right to remove a participant from the program in case their behavior does not abide by moral or social norms or when they put themselves or other people at risk by not following the instructions. This extreme step will only be taken after the participant has been warned to change his/her behavior, and after consulting both the teacher/instructor and the participant.
- OpenPassion reserves the right to change the teacher/guide/instructor when, for reasons beyond our control, he/she is unable to do her work. OpenPassion will inform the client about any changes in the chosen program as soon as possible. In case of major modifications, the participant has the right to have his/her payment refunded.
- The Spanish and European Union Legislation is the only applicable.
- OpenPassion will not be responsible for any participant’s losses during the program. It includes missing lessons or being late for activities, loosing money or private possessions. The participant is responsible for any damage or injury caused by him/he uring the program. 11- The participant is aware of the fact that international travels might be dangerous, including accidents, illnesses, adverse meteorological conditions, delays and other inconveniences. OpenPassion is not responsible for people who are not our employees.
